1. Using this site
By using Care Registry you agree to these terms. Care Registry is an independent information directory of disability support providers in Australia. It provides general information only and is not advice. We are not affiliated with the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
2. Accuracy and no warranty
Listings are compiled from public sources, including the NDIS Commission register, the Australian Business Register and providers' websites, and may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect. Registration status reflects the register at the time of our last refresh and can change. We give no warranty that any information is accurate or current. Always confirm a provider's registration and suitability directly before engaging them.
3. No endorsement
A listing is not a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee of any provider, their quality, or their suitability for your needs. The order in which providers appear is explained on our how results are ordered page. We do not sell placement.
4. Provider listings
If you are a provider, you can ask us to correct or remove your listing, free of charge. See our providers page.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site to find and compare providers. You must not scrape or bulk-copy the listings to build a competing database, harvest contact details for unsolicited marketing, or use the site in any unlawful way.
6. Data sources and intellectual property
Provider registration data is sourced from the NDIS Commission. ABN data is sourced from the Australian Business Register and used under CC BY 3.0 AU. The design, arrangement and compilation of this site are ours. Provider names and trade marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Third-party links
Listings link to providers' own websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from reliance on any listing or information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes, governing law and contact
