How results are ordered
We publish this so there are no surprises. The order you see is based on what you searched for, not on who paid us. We do not sell placement, and we have no paid tiers.
What determines the order
- Your filters come first: service, state, suburb and registration status narrow the list to providers that match.
- Distance: when you search near a postcode or use your location, results are sorted from nearest to furthest.
- Otherwise, matching providers are listed alphabetically by name.
What we deliberately do not use
- Payment. No provider can pay to rank higher. There is nothing to buy.
- Provider size. A sole trader is ordered on the same basis as a national chain.
- Star ratings. We do not republish third-party ratings, and they play no part in ordering.
Registration status
By default we show providers the NDIS Commission currently lists as registered. Registration status comes straight from the Commission register and is not something we can influence.
If you think an order is wrong
