A condition has been imposed, for providers of 0107 Assistance with daily personal activities, for risk assessment of participants who choose to be supported by a single worker. A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of a Supplementary Module to be undertaken as part of the mid-term audit no later than 18 months after registration.
