The Provider must not engage or seek to engage new NDIS participants with complex needs or support requirements, until the NDIS Commission confirms to the Provider in writing. The Provider must not engage or seek to engage new NDIS participants that are under the age of 18, until the NDIS Commission confirms to the Provider in writing. The Provider must not engage or seek to engage new NDIS participants with high risk factors, until the NDIS Commission confirms to the Provider in writing. A condition has been imposed, for providers of 0107 Assistance with daily personal activities, for risk assessment of participants who choose to be supported by a single worker. The Provider must notify the NDIS Commission of a New NDIS participant that engages the Provider no later than four business days after the date the service agreement is signed.
