A condition has been imposed, for providers of 0107 Assistance with daily personal activities, for risk assessment of participants who choose to be supported by a single worker. A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of a Supplementary Module to be undertaken as part of the mid-term audit no later than 18 months after registration. A variation condition is imposed for the assessment of Module 5A: Assistance with SIL. The audit must be conducted as part of the provider?s mid-term audit which must commence no later than 18mths after the date of registration.
