A condition is imposed for a Certification audit to be conducted on site, including provision of revised responses to the NDIS Practice Standards, three months after service delivery commences. A variation condition is imposed for the assessment of Module 5A: Assistance with SIL. The audit must be conducted as part of the provider?s mid-term audit which must commence no later than 18mths after the date of registration.
